Relentless in maintaining an international reputation as an ethical industry leader, all operating procedures supported by NeoCodex fall under the careful continuing review of an outside ethical review board. As such, all patients approached for research donation are carefully screened and approached using a tiered consent. Mindfully written to allow researchers flexibility in the pursuit of commercial research, yet unyielding in the protection of privacy of donating patients, the consent used by NeoCodex respectfully affords participants the option of granting or denying continued access to the collection of follow-up data. Demonstrative of the reliable standing held by NeoCodex within the community, overall participation rates granting continued patient consent remain in excess of 95%.

Supporting access to biomaterials and meeting the needs of researchers' worldwide, the homogeneous and heterogeneous availability of specimens engaged by the joint collection, now provides representation from a truly worldwide population.
Acting to further accommodate researchers requesting data and biomaterials not already banked; NeoCodex remains active in designing prospective collections for biomaterial and patient data, customized to meet the specific needs of researchers seeking acceleration in their clinical and pre-clinical research programs.
